Executive MBA is an accelerator for leader development and company growth.

This is a unique programme that connects the best practitioners and the best regional lecturers, and provides the students with a possibility to discuss and share experiences with the owners as well as top leaders of other companies. International lecturers and top-level practitioners provide their insight on modern managerial approaches.

The main task of Executive MBA is forming leaders’ capabilities and practical development of companies. The study has been connected with solving business case-studies. The alumni have proven in practice that by the end of the programme their companies have made a leap of development and they themselves have become more capable leaders.

Executive MBA participants and alumni make up a unique network of people who can make their voices heard and decisions matter. Common studies strengthen their network in business as well as on the personal level, and contribute to the development of Estonian entrepreneurship and society.

Executive MBA is flexible. Module-based study enables to work full-time, apply the acquired knowledge and skills in practice, and to achieve results in real time.
